  Barry Rose - Artist Pocky's
bar

This siver and mother of pearl luster glazed mural created the doorway to  two restaurants and a jazz club in Soco Plaza, but had nothing to do with their respective demises. The 400 square foot bas relief brought visiters and passers by to try and open the entrance to the hidden space within, and thus was titled, "Ali Baba's Mural". It was created in 1978 and met its own demise in in 1998.
