The 12'X 15' sculpture, "Passing The Baton", acts as an entrance arch for the Gardens On Spring Creek, the botanic gardens in Ft. Collins. Made of bronze and stone, the artwork shows plant like humans, one of whom is sharing a precious commodity, symbolized by water, with another. In the life of plants, water is paramount, in our lives, knowledge is. The piece was installed in 2005.
